CHEF DANIEL OTTLIK
Chef of Szyszka Restaurant, where he uses his knowledge to create dishes based on local products and seasons.
He gained his professional experience at, among others, Przystań & Marina Restaurant , Juwel Restaurant (1 Michellin star) in Germany and restaurants in Zielona Góra and Spain.
In the kitchen he focuses on good product, simple form and unobvious flavor combinations.
FEAST FOR THE PALATE
A unique attraction of the Szyszka Restaurant, which has retained its form since 1899, is the glass viewing terrace, from which you can admire the panorama of the Jeleniogórska Valley.
The stylish decor of the restaurant and the terrace, combined with the view of the surrounding mountains, makes a visit to Szyszka Restaurant not only a feast for the palate, but also a rest for the soul.
THE ESSENCE OF SWEETNESS
Desserts are the quintessence of the Szyszka workshop, forest fruits dipped in Karkonoski Liqueur or Pistachio Cheesecake will complete a wonderful feast.
In addition to the regular menu, we invite you to weekend specials by chef Tomasz Czarnecki, who serves dishes and unique tasting dinners combined with Wine pairing. Our wine is imported from nearly all over the world by prominent sommelier Piotr Lipinski. A selection of Łomnicki Cheeses and cheeses from Wańczykówka are local rarities.
