The chapel was built on the site of the Good Spring. The first, still wooden, chapel stood in this place as early as the 13th century. The current building dates from the early 18th century. Inside is the main altar with a painting of St. Anne with Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, a pulpit and two side altars, and a statue of St. Lawrence moved here from the chapel on Śnieżka in 1812. According to legends of the Karkonosze Mountains, one can summon love thanks to a magical spring located right next to the St. Anne's Chapel. All one needs to do is take a mouthful of water from the spring and walk around the chapel seven times without swallowing a drop. One can do this after returning to the starting point.
